• Had gel manicure and before chipped two days later, now 4 nails completely missing, customer service unbelievable no offer of re do and now can't get you in. Avoid at all costs!!!!

• Had a cut and blow dry here. Possibly the best hair cut I've ever had - and I'm very fussy. Also had some shellac nails after, so left feeling fab!

• Just visited desire as had seen it advertised as re opening, got a lovely greeting and ha my highlights re done without having to book an appointment, result! It's so nice knowing I won't have to always book as walk ins are welcome, I'm a busy girl! Really clean and fresh look staff all friendly and welcoming even managed to get my nails sorted at same time, have Booked a course of sunbed, so a of today I have no excuse for not looking gorgeous, if I'm not at home I'll be at the salon! Brilliant!
