Charged £300 to fit a kitchen tap. Took an hour and a half. One of the connections leaked and the above thought it acceptable to charge to put the work right. When challenged “graciously” only charged £50 for call out. I guess being female, 85 and single meant being charged a usury surchargeRating history and distribution
