just paid £10.20 for large fish - (oh no it wasn't) and chips. What on earth are they doing? The chips were reconstituted, probably from frozen, and were like biscuits, except for the yellow colouring of the solidified potato paste. (shouldn't we customers be informed - what sort of additives are being fed us when all we want is a potato chopped up and fried) What are they thinking of ? How to get as much money as possible from clients - as easily and cheaply as possible? They were not thinking about the customers' experience, which was dismal, on my account. oh, and a gherkin? Really? A small malformed gherkin was what they thought i would enjoy. Nope. They are working for their own agenda, and providing delicious fish and chips is far from their thoughts.
