• Wouldn't waste your time waiting for Damian. I have spent over two months communicating with Damian, who seems to be a friendly and pleasant person to speak to. Our boiler had an intermittent fault and I asked him to assist. He said he'd call in and take a look. Waited and waited, rang and waited more time. I even researched the part numbers that it might need and suggested he might like to just bring them and replace them all.. He was too busy attending to boiler breakdowns but would call next week. Next week our boiler broke down completely, left a message for Damian saying 'please can you prioritise our breakdown now?'... Still he hasn't appeared or even rung me. Don't waste time waiting for Damian. Try NI Gas and Plumbing instead they are quick and reliable.
