• Always very friendly on the telephone, every time we phone them for our patients they are always available-if any delay they are not usually any longer than 20 minutes. Very reliable service

• I called D&P today to book a taxi to the hospital for an appointment. The man at the end of the phone took my booking but wasn't particularly helpful. Sounded like he just wanted me off the phone really. The car eventually turned up 25 minutes late by which time I had missed my appointment. I had called back to ask where the taxi was and was told he would be there any time now yet still waited another 15 minutes. There was no apology from the driver or office and after being made to feel totally uncomfortable in the car for 10 minutes I reluctantly paid the fare and left. NEVER AGAIN.
