• Danny (the main engineer) came in January 2014 to fix my boiler. He said that the valve was damaged, so he bought and installed a new one, and gave me a two year warranty. My boiler broke down again a few months later and I tried to get him back so that he can fix it. He kept stalling for over a month and, in the meantime, I was using my immersion boiler. In the end, he just stopped taking my calls. When I called him from a different number, he hang up when he realised it was me. When I googled his company, I realised that it was struck off the companies house register back in August 2013. My two year warranty that I paid extra for is now completely worthless.
