• Very unfortunate customer service experience with the owner as I contacted her about the shoddy look of my gel nail extensions, a mere week after application, including a snapped tip and terrible discolouration. She was quick to blame me, highlighting that their policy is only one that covers your nails for 24 hours and after that no matter what happens to them, it is your responsibility. Made to feel uncomfortable and extremely shocked by her tone throughout emails trying to get her to rectify the problems with my nails.
