Hardly worth 1 star. Poor customer service and even worse haircut. Avoid at all costsAvoid. Absolute waste of time and money. Went in for simple haircut - few inches off of normal longish hair. Went back next day as it was completely wonky, which Robert admitted. When asked for a refund he was rude, patronising and obstinate, telling me he does not believe in customer service and under no circumstances would he give me a refund. He laughed and mocked me when I said I was upset about the state of my hair. Also on another note it is very unhygenic - brushes full of other peoples hair and dirty floors. Last time I try out a local business over a highstreet chain!Rating history and distribution
