• I must have bought my car from a different Cragside Motors to the 2 earlier reviews as the service I have had has been second to non.After a few initial minor problems that were rectified very quickly I have had 7/8 months of trouble free driving until recently when my car developed a problem,I rang the garage booked it into their workshop,a guy called Ian came and collected it and left me a little Renault Clio to run around in(I never asked for a car but they were kind enough to lend me this one).I had bought an extended warranty and you always hear horror stories that they are not worth the paper they are printed on!! Cragside diagnosed my fault,contacted the warranty company and handled the full claim,I got my car back 10 days later fully repaired and valeted!! at no cost to myself(the repair was £700 paid for by the warranty).This was infact the 3rd car our family have bought from this garage and I would recommend them to anybody.When I read reviews bad mouthing somebody or a company I always take it with a pinch of salt,you only ever hear the complainers never the happy customers this is why im giving my opinion of the garage.I work in the service industry and have experienced similar complaints/reviews on internet forums that have been unjust and half the time exaggerated or made up.

• Silver range rover vouge told the car would have a service before I picked it up range rover tech. Said the filters looked a year old and hadn't been touched no parcel shelf waited 5 weeks for one to turn up wrong colour check side light warning on whe I left garage bulb out so I took it back he cleared the fault and didn't change bulb brake pad light came on put it on ramp 20 mins later came back and said my brakes were 50 percent left on pads week later grinding away took it to my trusted range rover tech . On inspection he found the brake wear indicators taped up too fool the computer new discs and pads plus sensors fitted up to now cost too me after only covering 4000 miles service and brakes £ 650.00 warranty I payed for and haven't clocked eyes on it £519.60 plus a new fuel pump yesterday witch I was told was a fault with the key fob what a joke dick Turpin couldn't have robbed me as much ps I have all the old parts as proof

• I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THESE THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN COWBOYS AND REFUSE TO CARRY OUT THEIR SO CALL AFTERCARE SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY STAY CLEAR OF THESE JOKERS I AM ONLY GIVING THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY SITE SAYS I HAVE TO AWARD A STAR
