• The WORST company we have EVER had to deal with in our whole lives. They owe us £650 and are refusing to refund any money. Absolute scammers!!!!!!!!! The managers and complaint “managers” are unprofessional, rude and the most unhelpful people I have ever come across in my whole entire life. I can’t even believe they are able to get away with this thing they call “customer service”?!?!?!? They don’t know what customer service is!!! Nobody is willing to help, they do not ever answer the phone, they do not reply to emails, their communication is non existent. If you are looking at buying somewhere where Crabtree are the management company, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I can’t express enough how awful these people are, I would be embarrassed to work for them.

• Absolute nightmare managing agents, they hike up service charges, refuse to respond to questions or communicate. Really does not get worse than this. Avoid at ALL costs
