• Been going crab and winkle for last 6 months and no problems. Basically u pay for what u get. Good food and good service. No frills but that's pub grub. We will be back next wk !! Staff have always been good to us, Andy & Michelle

• I have lived in Werrington for over 10 years and am shocked by the poor management of this pub and the diabolical treatment of customers. I will never visit again and will urge others to save themselves an unhappy evening and to go elsewhere.

• Been here twice for food and the food is generally ok its the staff that are not. unprofessional is the word I would use. Also those hanging baskets outside are very dangerous after 1 was filled with what seemed like drunk bees in the summer and tried to attack me.

• Not impressed with new landlord or staff, had a problem with our meal (some missing) so it was not enjoyable and I did not eat it. Had I been told meal was not going to be complete, I would of chosen something different. No refund, no goodwill gesture or even a genuine apology. The food itself my wife says was extremely nice though, shame the service wasn't matched.
