• 19/4/2014 Edit » Avoid! I've been going here for 2-3 years but never again. This place used to be great. However it's really gone downhill over the past year. And now it's so bad I'll never go back. You used to walk in and be presented with rise tea, were shown to a big comfy chair and given wireless headphones with Sex and the City on repeat. It was girl heaven! Over the past year the video/headphones haven't been working, and I keep asking if its going to be fixed because that's part of the reason I go there. You can get manicures and pedicures for less than half the price elsewhere but I don't go there just to get my nails done, I go there to relax. This was totally lost on both 'managers' I spoke to today. Their attitudes were both smug and superior, and they totally (intentionally or otherwise) missed the point. I spoke to one if them halfway thru my treatment and she said she'd look into it and discuss at checkout. However she didn't once apologise or even seem to really get what I was saying. It's like she didn't register. On checkout she was nowhere to be seen, so I asked after her. A different person came down (thus I had to explain the whole thing over again) and again she just didn't get it. She also could offer no explanation as to why the first girl had gone on lunch without coming back to me. She said she had no knowledge of any if this, despite it not working for several months. Then when I pressed her she said they can't fix it because they 'don't have the budget.' I don't like being fobbed off. And I don't like my custom not being appreciated, so I'm taking it elsewhere.
