Not reliable don't bother.Forget it unreliableTerrible don't bother unreliable driver was smoking weed reported to the policeBeen using for a while. However 30 minutes late on both occassions this week. Will be looking to move elsewhere. Alan. OldburyArrival journey; 2 taxi's from same address to same destination, 2 vastly different amounts.
Departure; Car waited for less than a minute and drove off, Then return fare was twice the amount for the arrival.
Prices are guessed-imated and the new drivers care less about customer care than the drivers of 2 years ago.
Would rather walk.Brilliant service- great drivers. Cars I've used all have a meter so the fares been the same every time Really recommend this firm.Awful service, 15 - 30 minutes late 3 out of 4 journeys - completely different cost on every journey. rather catch the bus.Rating history and distribution
