• Rubbish service, waited 15 minutes in the queue in a hot shop which didn't have a table free for us by the time we'd got pur drinks. I could hand-grind coffee quicker than these people can serve it (-;

• longwell green the best costa I have been to, staff very friendly and fast !!! other costas are really very slow with 2 people on till and 1 poor overworked young girl/lad making coffee/tea so so slow, had stopped going to them altogether cos seems to be the same at all of them, is it the training? go slow and they will buy more ????? but longwell green excellent quick service and very nice staff TOP MARKS why not do it this way in other shops .....................

• Costa Coffee Longwell Green- Had to wait rather a long time in the queue for my coffee and cake as I was told there were staff shortages.However it was a pleasure to be served by a young man called Josh. He was apologetic and served my needs as quickly as he could. Very helpful.
