• Visited Stanway branch today and was dismayed by the shabby dirty armchair and uncleared tables. Also the female staff had ponytails which swished about whilst serving food and drinks. Surely it is a health issue and their hair should be covered and their ponytails contained within a hat. Having worked in this environment a head covering was insisted upon for hygiene reasons. The manager was present during this particular visit. On 15/08/1.

• We have visited many Costa Coffee shops but this is the worst run one of them all.If nice weather like today27/6 2014 and wish to sit outside always have to clear the table before you sit down.Inside the shop staff chatting where the manager is I do not know but he is not keeping his eye on the running of the shop at all it is just so slapdash.He needs to visit Upminster or Hornchurch branch to see how it is done.After all we do not get paid to clear our own tables.Get your act together.
