• I booked Cosmopolitan taxi from Brockenhurst to Beaulieu. The office quoted £20-22 and never said that the taxi was not based in Brockenhurst. When the taxi arrived, the first thing the driver Adrien said before leaving is that he is based in Lymington and that my journey would cost £30. I felt cheated but had no other choice. Also, the driver was supposed to use a meter but he did not.
