• Avoid - untrustworthy. Having verbally discussed in detail a bet I wished to place, Veronica filled out the betting slip in a manner where my winnings were denied due to a small print condition. The discussion was for Italy to win the Euro cup against England, which they did, but my winnings were refused. Veronica verbally told me the odds, yet the odds on the betting slip differed. Veronica was very clear on the bet I asked to place. Having taken the complaint to Coral I was simply ignored. Terrible, unjust service when you can't even put a simple bet on a football game with assurance of winnings if the team wins. I've never had any issue with Bet365 - use them instead, and be assured your bets will be valid.
