• An insult to the industry. A taxi company who can't provide any taxis for an hour and a half. Unhelpful and sharp staff. They used the excuse that "Saturday night is always our busiest night" and when I asked why they were not prepared to deal with the demand they can expect over the weekend I get no reply. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I am told there is not one on duty. Since it is the busiest time of the week, should they not have a supervisor there??

• Don't bother. Absolutely agree with Chris' review on 5th June 2012. Utter waste of money, appalling drivers who expect you to be five minutes earlier than you booked your taxi for, expect you to be grateful that they showed up at all, more than once i have been taken a clearly longer route back home from my work and I have always ended up paying at least a pound or so more than usual. Today when I indicated to the driver that he had taken a longer route, answer was simply "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" when the route he took was an obvious detour. Also, more often than not I have found myself in a situation where "no bookings are taken" while at work on university campus. It is also common fo rtaxis not show up on the time booked for, ok when I am alone (can always phone another taxi if required) but simply not worth of paying for unreliable service. Do not bother. There are other taxi service providers as well in Aberdeen.

• If you want a taxi thats guaranteed to be significantly late and expects you to be grateful that they've turned up at all, then look no further. We had a train to catch in Aberdeen and we booked a ComCab taxi to take us to the station, informing them upfront of our train departure time. No taxi turned up so we called to see how long it would be only to be informed that no taxi had been dispatched, nor would one be for at least 30 more minutes. This meant the taxi would be at least 45 minutes late. We subsequently missed our train. We had to buy new tickets for a later train and contacted ComCabs, asking them to compensate us for the cost incurred due to their failing to provide the booked service. They refused, and took no responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM.
