• Very very busy quiet compact space empty shelve's not much variety on food brand's not enough checkout staff on , had to wait at least 10/15 mins just to be served at least 16+ item's asked for 30 pound cashback , the checkout assitant replied to me 'sorry sir i have'nt got enough in my till to give you cashback' she then replied we don't except American Express card's even though iv'e purchised shopping with my American Express card in this store of coop before .

• Very bad management . Had no formula milk in for my 3month old child a shop floor worker said we've got a delivery in on wednesday evening in(5 day's time) , found 4 out of date item's on the shelve's was'nt until they were bleeped threw the till the checkout girl said sorry for any incovience but i can't legally sell you these product's as the sell by date has expired 2day's ago but yet was still displayed on shelve's. Ask to speak to the manager Simon lightburn an he was not in i came back the next day he still was'nt in this store is dirty cold display's out of date stock an the management is to a very low standard .
