• Seems the service hasn't changed since the last review,the customer is made to feel like an annoying inconvenience in this store. one member of staff holding up a checkout queue gossiping to another whilst a young lad obviously a trainee, not old enough to serve alcohol was left to deal with everyone else on a busy Friday night. The aforementioned staff member then had the cheek to complain she would be late home when asked to deal with a problem on the till. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Awful, better off going an extra couple of miles up to Asda.

• Appaulled by the service received today. At least 9 workers stocking shelves, plus one on the quick check out and one on cigarette cabin. I was told by the quick check out assistant to go to check out 7, a call had to be made to get an assistant for check out 7. My shopping was all unloaded and I was still waiting another call was made then 3 assistants turned up! It would have been nice to be welcomed with a smile and good morning, I know it was only 9am, but manners cost nothing. I spend a lot of money there on a weekly basis - I will think twice before I pay another visit
