• My grown up daughter and my youngest son, age 4, went to the Co-op today. It was because my son needed the toilet. He was not allowed to use the toilet here. I think it is a shame to not allow a little boy to use the toilet, and if they had of allowed it, we would have gone and bought at the store. This is the basic human law of Reciprocity, something which is missing from the training of the staff at the Co-op. The law of reciprocity means that when someone does you a good turn, then you do one in return. If the staff at Co-op had done me a good turn, then probably they would be getting a good review, as well as me having spent money at their store. Since they did not do me a good turn, they are getting a negative review. Improve their training and let their customer service skills develop a bit more!
