• Best and most interesting gift ideas outside of London. Many products sre from UK artisans. The proprietor is always helpful, particulary if you are male and hate shopping!

• Took delivery of an order which turned out to be the incorrect product due to some ambiguity of the item's description on the store's website. As a result the item could have been purchased cheaper elsewhere. I discussed possible resolutions with the owner, who initially was quite friendly. Since returning the item would prove expensive, I asked whether a consideration of a refund for the difference in price from the other source could be considered (£4.51) - at this point I ws told I was being ridiculous and was hung up on! Not very considerate, nor good customer service.
