• Bought a bicycle for my son. Crank bearings wore out within the year. They fixed it under warranty but the mechanic was very rude when I picked the bike up. Though he wasn't present in the shop front there was loud cheering and whooping throughout the time I was in the shop and a very sarcastic toned "thank you for your time" as I left. Next time I'll buy from Julie's Cycles and if my son's bike fails again I'll just fix it myself and save myself the trouble.
