• We eat at China Palace in South Milford regularly..It is a hidden gem in places to eat and to enjoy. The staff carefully prepare each course and are amongst the very friendliest team that we have seen. Julie and her team provide very helpful service and it is always a joy to visit the China Palace

• I am on my way from the restaurant right now and I will say, I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years and the experience I just had was the worst I have ever had in any restaurant my whole life. The manager was rude to all 19 of us (borderline psychotic) when we were there for a 13 year olds birthday to the point where we all walked out. He was abusive to a member of the family, tried to short change us twice...Disgusting, I begrudge giving even the one star

• Been to china palace many, many times as we live close and the food has always been first class and the staff behaviour entirely appropriate, Where people say that the staff are rude says more about them than the China Palace staff.

• We have been going there for some years now and never found anything to disappoint us. Food excellent and staff friendly and helpful. The buffet is brilliant

• Tthis has to be the worst restaurant I have ever visited. My husband and I were having a very poor below average meal with equally shoddy service, when we witnessed the most appalling treatment of a young couple who dared to complain. The waiter was verbally abusive and down right rude and he even followed them as they tried to leave hurling more abuse and expletives at them. Appalling and shocking behaviour. Do they not want custom? There's a lot of very good Chinese restaurants in Leeds and this most definatly isn't one of them.

• Regular carry out Friday nights - always consistent, excellent food! Pleasant staff and great for a half with prawn crackers and spicy dip while you wait!

• this place is not very good, we had reservation booked for 13 people. we we turned down even though we had checked it was still booked earlier in the week. we had even brought in a cake to prove that we had booked a table. we had no help or a other Chinese restaurant, i would strongly not recommend this place.

• Rhe staff are the rudest I have ever encountered! The service is slow and you are frowned upon if you would like to order extra food... Considering it is a eat as much as you can restaurant I found this strange. I for 1 won't be going back

• Excellent meal cooked to order friendly staff ideal place for function. Had one recently for 42 people everybody enjoyed restaurant was full that night over 100 diners everybody got served with hot and delicious food.

• Excellent food and service. Been numerous times and never disappointed. It's 50 mile round trip for me to go - but worth it every time
