• Didn't even receive the food to comment on that! Waited 2 hours 20 minutes before finally calling to cancel the order as despite promises it would be 'just another half hour' it never arrived. Then had an argument with the woman on the phone because she refused to let us cancel the order! Stay well clear and never pay by card else if you have problems it's doubtful you'll get a refund!

• I have been using this Chinese for about 2 years now and I have no complaints at all. Food 10/10 and the staff including the boss have always been very friendly and helpful :) Iv used both collection and delivery and have never ever had reason to complain. 1st class every inch of the way as far as I'm concerned :)

• overall disappointing experience. food wasn't badly priced. however that's where my praise stops. the two young girls serving me were lovely, non the less when greated by the "boss" she was rude and ignorant. she made a comment about another customer being "too fussy and a liar" in front me me. I was disgusted. I would like to say it's the first time I have heard her speaking poorly about fellow customers. when I received my food it was 10 minutes late. the boss brought it out she did not apologise. it wasn't until the two young girls both said how sorry they were. once I had got home I saw that my order was wrong. I had ordered chicken chow mein and was given pork. when I phoned up I asked to speak to the boss. she gave no apology simply blamed the girls working there. saying they were new and at fault that they had written it wrong. I knew this was a lie as I personally saw what they wrote. I asked for it changed and she made it to be an unconvince. I am very upset with the service given by the manager. food was ok in the end. not worth the hassle though

• food generally ok but apaulled at how staff are treated by the boss ( I'm guessing) aw is very rude to them. not impressed. not nice to see when you're getting food. won't be going again.

• I ordered a chicken chow main which had no chicken in it! and a pork chow main which was burned and very grease. When I rang for a refund and to complain I was told I'm lying shocking! don't order

• Have eaten take aways a few times from here but have never been good. They are very greasy and not a good flavour. Disappointing as it's our nearest.

• Just had a meal delivered, unfortunately quite disappointed. Ordered squid in breadcrumbs but it came in batter and was vile. I feel that they should have phoned us and asked us if we still wanted it as they had no breadcrumbs (we phoned to query) also my meal quite tasteless and chicken like rubber! As I said disappointing as we generally have GOOD food from there.

• Been using this take away for many years now. Very friendly, never had any issue - can't comment on delivery because I always collect, but they always have my order ready within 20 minutes after phoning. Food is lovely, never had a bad experience. In their defence of review below, Saturdays are alway very very busy with their waiting area full, and orders coming in thick and fast, a testament to their menu and quality of food. I would advise collection on Fridays and Saturdays if you are specific about when you need to eat.

• DO NOT USE! Absolutely useless. Phoned for a takeaway on a Saturday night, was told 45 mins to deliver. After approx 45 mins, was phoned by restaurant confirming address, was then told won't be long. I had to then mess around phoning the restaurant several times over the next 40 minutes to find out what was going on. The people at the restaurant kept saying the driver couldn't find the address, then that they couldn't get hold of the driver. I told them to forget it. The driver turned up 90 minutes after my initial order. A joke.
