• We have an oil boiler so need a specialist plumber , we have friends who live in the same road as chestnut plumbing , that recommended them . I called numerous times and left messages, no callbacks , I called once and someone answered I left details , no call back . My husband called no answer I called again and managed to speak to someone I told them the difficulty I had they were not bothered and through gritted teeth we made an appointment for 17 feb . The appoimtment was at 0830 , by 0850 I needed to make an important phone call so did this listening out , at 9 the dogs started barking I looked out of the window and saw chestnut plumbing parked in the road not in parking space provided , I opened the door although we live in the country and you have to walk around the house to get it , as you do in most country properties, we are not on a road therefore you must look for front door . A court of minutes later I shouted hello , as I saw him drive away. I called his home number about 30 times in the end I drove there and spoke to his wife , whom after a while said to me it "does her head in the not returning calls" so I presume this is a regular occurance .... Do not use them very unprofessional and very very unreliable .
