• Cheers has tremendously let me down, my Grandmother and I were home alone one night, we were depending on this takeaway to feed us as we were treating our selves to a meal because we normally have cooked meals. We ordered through just-eat and hadn't been informed that they do not deliver to where I stay, they also appeared when I typed in my address so they had been near me. Two hours had passed and I started to get annoyed, my Grandmother had stood at the window waiting the entire two hours. I searched the internet for there number and phoned it at first I phoned and a man answered I asked if it was the correct takeaway and he HUNG UP the phone, so I quite angrily phoned again and he informed me that they don't deliver to my area bearing in mind he had my number and could of told me this by now so I had to wait another half hour to get my meal from pizza hot who were brilliant but I am 10 years old and had to wait to 8;30 o'clock to eat thanks to cheers takeaway in Shildon.
