• Used Charles Elliot 2 years ago and they were great. Since has gone into liquidation and the name has been taken over by Kiel Schwencke trading name for Dartford and Essex Blinds and Shutters Ltd. I gave a deposit of 600 and then waited for my shutters. I had to contact them after 4 months went by and he defensively told me he was on holiday....and I have had next to nothing from him since. I guess we paid for his holiday, lucky him! I had to contact him via facebook because no number works.

• This company went in to liquidation in late 2016, we've lost over £1000, don't do business with them!

• Do not use Charles Elliott they breach their contract and leave you in the lurch, a very unreliable company. There are plenty of other more reliable and competent companies available.
