• My advice would be 'Avoid like the plague'. Very very poor after-sales service. Constantly fobbed off and misled. Would never buy a car from them again.

• Recently purchased a Renault we saw on Auto Trader, Craig was very helpfull and arranged a test drive for us, no pushy sales and made us feel at ease. The car was available to collect exactly when he said it would be. Overall a trouble free purchase,we would recommend the garage.

• We found Chapelhouse Car Sales in Cradley via Autotrader . It was our 2nd visit when we decided to buy our new car, a 2008 Ford Mondeo. £6000 is a lot of money for us, in fact our 2nd biggest purchase since we brought our house so obviously we were slightly anxious. We had to wait a couple of days for the car to be got ready (MOT / Service etc). When we collected our new car we were more than happy. We had one slight issue with a sticking door lock but this was promptly sorted. Thanks to all the staff at Chapelhouse who have made buying a used car a pleasurable experience.

• Great place.....others need to remember it is used cars sold here, any issues we had they were sorted with no fuss at all by Craig....would deco use again.....

• Went to look at a Renault we saw on their website. Looked at the car and they were only too happy to let us take it for a test drive, price was great and got a good part exchange for our old car. No high pressure sales pitch and was made to feel very welcome, car was ready to collect on time, clean and tidy. We would highly recommend to anyone

• Do not buy from them. Problems exist that they don't mention in advert and when trying to return a broken car they were useless. Worst after sales care ever.

• When some minor faults were identified at purchase promises were made to resolve however subsequently found to be worthless. 3 occassions were required to retun the car before a leak was resolved. The Sales team were happy to abdicate responsibility for progress to the garage. Avoid unless you are very local and can return the car regularly if required.

• Untrustworthy and unscrupulous business. My wife and I drove from Cornwall to Cradley Heath to view a car we had been told was 'perfect'. The vehicle was far from perfect with numerous faults; we didn't purchase. We were promised a refund for our deposit but no payment was made to our account. I phoned six times and was lied to continuously, in the end we had to wait 30 days and get the bank to reclaim the money. AVOID!!!
