• I went into look at wedding dresses and came across one, off the shelf that I liked but not to sure of. She pursueded me that it was perfect and to put a deposit on. She handed me the receipt folded and I Left the shop. Over a couple of days I decide that it was not for me and I even tried it on again twice. Throughout this whole process I was not informed that there was a no refund policy. When I returned with a friend to discuss a refund for the £100 that I had paid she became very rude and verbally aggressive. Making myself and my friend very uncomfortable as she was shouting at the top of her voice the whole time. All she could offer was the money off a bridesmaid dress but due to her rudeness there was no way I was going to deal with this woman. When you go to choose your dress you want to feel special and have a good experience. That is the furthest from the truth. Do not go to this woman unless you are happy being made to feel upset.
