• So, my hair must be 1inch in places, as I have layers over my shoulder, and I usually have my hair done at Cellys no problem. This time they say they have put their prices up so my hair will cost double. So rude and abrupt too. I will be spending my £50.00 elsewhere in future. Start smiling girls at least and put you customer service first. Never tell the customer to 'Listen' when they are halfway through a sentence x

• after complaining, to the head office about an awful haircut.iwas told my complaint would be forwarded to the winton branch responsible but haven't heard a thing .avoid winton branch' if your smart.

• I haven't had a regular hairdressers, since mine left Bournemouth. My sister recommended this branch, as staff seem to stay. Maria did my colour and cut, I'm really pleased with the result. Thanks Maria. Lovely team of staff.

• I'm not one to usually leave a review but I've got to say today was an absolutely amazing experience I walked out of the salon feeling fantastic! All thanks to Carlie who made my hair actually feel and look like hair. Couldn't be more thankful. For those that have had a bad experience here I would recommend asking for Carlie. She knows exactly what's she doing and also very friendly and kind. Thank you again Carlie. Will definitely be returning.

• I have used this salon quite a few times and the staff have always been lovely and I have been happy with my hair. Today was an exception. It took the hairdresser no longer than 3 mins to cut my hair and then said it was finished. The salon was busy and I felt I was hurried out as quickly as possible. The result is I'm not happy with my dreadful haircut and won't be going back.

• I have been impressed by the service offered here. Having had cut and hi_lights done on numerous occasions at a much cheaper cost I would recommend Celleys:-) . Admittedly some Staff are better than others, but I found this to be true at much more expensive salons.

• How this shop is allowed to be called a hairdressers is beyond me, staff have had very little training if any! everything is charged for. please don't bother you will be for ever sorry!

• Awful customer service! My experience here can only be describe as traumatic. Worst hair cut I've ever received. I wouldn't even send my dog there for a cut as it would probably come back looking like a Siamese cat. Avoid at all cost people.

• if you value your hair please avoid this salon.Staff have very limited training you will be charged from hair serum to mousse to even having straightners to finish your only word i can use to sum up is BUTCHERED.
