• Booked for eyelash extensions,was very dissatisfied,waste of time and money so decided to get them done at company salon who done a fantastic job.

• They permed my hair which didnt take properly. It was the oddest looking perm I have ever seen to start off with (I have had a perm before) but they then tried to blame me for the perm not taking by saying I must have washed it or moistured it within 72 hours which I did not. They couldnt make an appointment with the manager for me and refused any refunds. So I paid 65 pounds for my hair to be ruined, to be blamed and to be treated badly. My advice is, dont go to celisimo because if your hair doesnt turn out the way you wanted it to, you get the worst customer service ever!
