• My mum got my bother and myself into this shop,its fab we get our xbox's here and games never had any problems with the console hi's,staff no our names really good

• Have been using your Poole branch for the last few years I can not praise the staff enough. Am treated with so much respect, so many older people are now having to use pawn shops for the first time in their lives & find it shameful but the staff put you at ease, doing everything they can to help & listen to our woes. Dont know what I would have done without this store & you always get a warm welcome. One special lady is Marley very warm & helpful.
