• Be carfeful before you book here. We recently booken a luxury suite for a treat, arrived to find a lovely place and room but due to a management error apparently the room had already been booked by another person. There are family/management disputes going on which are resulting in serious problems. We found ourselves at the heart of this and a lot of our short break was spent trying to sort things out there. We faced a 3 hr drive back home on a busy bank holiday weekend. Luckily we found ourselves a very basic hotel with a room nearby. Although we got our money back from Cascades the assistance they offered was minimal. Shame about the issues here as it could be a lovely place. We are told that ours is not the only case of such problems here recently. Very disappointing indeed.
