• Great value? they charged me more than i've eer paid for the route i took. They were 20 minutes late picking me up to which i can make some allowance for, things happen. what i cannot make allowances for is after being taken down the longest route possible, then missing the turning and then after ringing the office to say i'm now really late, can i have a few quid off for the mistakes, to be told i was wrong and they were right, i cannot make allowances for that. I was told the rouite we should have taken was too busy, i saw this 'busy' route with my own eyes, it was clear of traffic! But no, i'm wrong. can i have a few quid, literally i asked for 3 quid off the price wich would have taken it down to what i would normally pay, no, next time you can have 10% off. Next time?? i don't think so. after all the mistakes, to be argued with by some obnoxious staff, i will never ever use them again. Thank god it wasn't a train/plane i had to catch. I work in customer service and would never speak to a customer that way. Do not use!
