• DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I got a car from carmax because my credit rating was not great. I travelled to Leeds by train from Dundee. When I arrived I was collected by a man who stank of alcohol. When I got to the office I told David, he said oh yes I thought that but didn't want to say! When It came to driving the car away the man who stank of drink told me that the noise I heard was the turbo and that the car is meant to sound like that. Feeling intimidated I drove away. The car is not meant to sound like that and obviously needs a new turbo. David and the team are unwilling to help and obviously enjoy Making their money from the vulnerable. I am now stuck with a car on finance that I paid £7500 for and cannot sell. Thanks guys!

• GGreat place to buy a car. David the salesman is a no hassle man, but when questioned he was superb. My purchase was processed with ease and I am very happy with my little Toyota Auris. Please remember you are buying a used car but once again David will be happy to assist you.

• I have just taken delivery of my new Astra from Carmax the experience was second to none no pressure sale at all nothing was to much trouble will certainly be.recommending them to all my friends once again thanks guys

• Very poor service, am still waiting for a call back from them on a fault on the car I bought from them in September 2013, despite me ringing them to get it sorted, tried fobbing me off by saying it was initially caused by disconnecting battery when they had been preparing car for sale, said it should clear, it didn't of course, despite repeated attempts at contacting they have chosen to ignore me, now I can't get an MOT because of this fault, don't trust them, I would never buy from this lot ever again and would never recommend them to anybody, buyers beware!

• I would recommend this car dealer to every one,they were so helpfull, not pushy, let you decide for yourself, no hard sell, I am so happy with the car I got from them,and when I change my car again I shall go back to them
