Can't believe this company is still in business. They total messed up my booking and came almost 1/2 hour late. All it needed was an apology but the control centre lady was extremely abrupt on phone and never got an apology. Will not be using this company ever again. Worst mini cab experience ever! Overcharged on journey by about £10 after booking wrong collection time. Very rude driver and even worse staff in office. No sense of customer service and denied there was a problem at all! Would give no stars if possible, never again!Rating history and distribution
