• This company has a serious communication issue which was recognised from day one. We were told an agent would be out to assess any damages and we should also send a list which would be sent back to us, neither of which happened. They lost their spare key for the flat. Agents did not turn up for inspections which had been arranged, wasting our time. They expected us to do viewings when we moved out since they had lost the key. They asked us to move out 2 weeks before the end of the lease and we would be charged half price rent, then demanded the full rent. They then took the rent from the deposit as well as £225 for cleaning even though the flat had been cleaned to a high standard and they had told us we could do the cleaning ourselves. However, they carried out the cleaning without notifying us, despite their previous offer. It was a common theme for them to phone one of us and say that they had spoken to the other, which was often a lie. I would demand everything they say in writing.
