• Visited the venue 18th Nove 16. I had gammon, chips, peas and tow eggs. The meal was cold, the plate was cold and the gammon luke warm. Two other ladies sent their hunter chicken back because it was cold.

• I have been a customer of many pubs within the area, and without doubt this has the best food in the area. Friendly staff who cannot do enough to help and they make you feel warm and welcome

• My wife and I have just had the valentines menu meal at it was awful. We have eaten here many many times and this meal will stop us ever going back. The steak was all gristle and completely inedible then to wait 25 minutes for 2 pieces of cheesecake to turn up was terrible. My wife never complains but even she said we will never come back here again. Sad.
