• Charge by the half hour, plumber comes and spends half an hour scratching his chin. Doesn't stop talking and then takes 2 visits to diagnose the problem. This cost me over £200 then wanted to charge me £830+ vat for the job. Found another plumber who diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and only charged me £450 in total for the whole job. Do not use them!read less
