Initially he was friendly and polite but on returning the ill fitting curtains we saw him in a different light, in his true colour; he was extremely rude, unrelenting and unforgiving despite admitting he had made the mistake in the measurement conversion. He then had the audacity to expect additional payment to resolve and rectify his error. Coincidentally whilst we were in the shop another customer came in complaining about his order being wrong, specifically too short! When asking for a refund he mumbled 'humans make mistakes' and up to the point of leaving the shop he did not proffer an apology. Please think twice about buying from this shop and if you must (because there is little choice locally) take heed of my warning. Better safe than sorry!Rating history and distribution
