• Ohhh soooo slowwww. I wiped the crumbs from the table and seats myself. The place was half empty but we seemed to wait forever for our meal

• waited ages for the drive through and then to make matters worse when got home found the order was incomplete. Missing a large fries. When phoned said if I left my name I could get the chips next time I am in!!!!!!!!

• Waited 20 mins in drive thru with no apology then given wrong order with no apology..had to wait a further 5 mins Not exactly fast food !

• Was not pleased with my experience at all. Every table was filthy and when asking staff to wipe the table none were compliant as they were "busy". Staff appearance was also shabby and made you not want to eat there with the cleanliness of the place so poor. One girl who I assume was talking to her boyfriend was simply ignoring us when waiting for a long time.

• One hour Parking or your recieve a parking fine!!!! Why have a soft play centre for the children to play in? Not enough time to enjoy a nice relaxed familiy meal, ice cream and also let kids have a play then allow for kids to use toilets. Very expensive family meal out. Never again will I return to this Burger King as you do not allow your customers enough time to enjoy a family meal.
