• Budgens in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire - extortionate prices. Today (4.10.12) a pack of 4 x white crusty rolls (Budgens own, baked on site) was £1.55. A couple of weeks ago it was £1.09. This same product is always £1.00 in Budgens in Stubbington. How can you justify a price rise from £1.09 to £1.55 and why don't you charge the same price as other Budgens stores? Do you think you can charge higher prices because you believe you are in an affluent area? The sooner Sainsburys opens in Bishops Waltham the better and the residents, especially those who are unable to travel to other supermarkets outside BW, will be able to buy their food at a fair price instead of being ripped off.
