• Terrible. 10 mins wait for coffee, further 15-20 for panini. When asked (very politely) if they had forgotten, was subjected to very rude response from male serving. Asked for a refund as we needed to be elsewhere and was refused..even though panini was not started. Continued rudeness from male. Would not waste my money on this place again . Go to the Co Op next door. By the way..panini bland and not worth the money.

• Pretentious and over priced. Waited 15mins for a takeaway panini despite it not being very busy. Same price for a takeaway panini as if you eat in, you get a garnish if you eat in but not to takeaway, at nearly £5 for a panini I could go buy the ingredients and make it myself for less. Got back to my office to find the mozzarrella wasn't even melted :(
