• Wasted our time for six weeks, had to chase it every step of the way. Could never get through to the applications team on the phone and when we did get through they tried to dismiss us. Deliberately unhelpful, lied to us and refused to accept any responsibility for the time it had taken. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
