• After 3 phone calls taxi eventually arrived for hospital pick up more than one and a half hours late. Taxi fine and driver very pleasant but will never use again because of unpunctuality! UNRELIABLE!!!

• Booked over a month in advance, pick up was on time, but collection was over 1 and 1/2 hours late. This was for elderly people and is a breach of contract.besides being extremely tiring for the clients, this is entirely the fault of the dispatchers, don't know how any business can be run so badly

• SHABBY CAR WITH SHABBY SERVICE! Taxi was very late but the driver didn't apologise. Driver was ignorant as he didn't acknowledge us at all until it came to paying. The taxi was in a real bad condition i.e. the seat belt retainers at the back of the car were loose which made it very difficult for the seat belts to click in (I believe this is a MOT failure)! I will not be using Bristol Cabot Taxis again & advise others to stay clear. Doesn't deserve any stars but unfortunately system will not allow any comments to be submitted without a star!
