• I don't usually take time to write reviews but knowing how complicated it is to find the right letting agency in Brighton I thought I would make an exception. I am a landlord with several properties that i rent out. I first chose Brighton Homes because of their local experience and knowledge but what made the difference is that I found them trust worthy; I have been using several letting agents in Brighton over the past 10 years but found Brighton Homes very professional and approachable. And my intuition was correct: they deal with both the landlord and the tenant respectfully, trying to achieve the fairest deal. You might ask how do I know this, as I manage the flats myself I have spoken to my current tenants and they mentioned this to me that they were happy the way they have been treated. Having dealt with so many estate agents to let my property over the past 10 years, I can see the difference and would definitely recommend Brighton Homes to anyone wanting to let out their property. And if you wish to rent through them, go ahead they can be trusted.
