• ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE from the phone operator - most obnoxious and rude attitude It is for the 3rd time I have been let down by this ‘lady’ failing to get my booking right; same scenario all over again - taxi was 10 minutes late, when I called to check where it was the operator wouldn’t even apologize, just said "it will be with you in a few minutes" as if there was nothing wrong. As a result I am late for work and in trouble with my boss. NEVER AGAIN will I use Bridge Cars!
