• I ordered my wedding dress 10 months ahead of getting married so I had plenty of time for fittings as I wasn't local. 2 months after it was supposed to be delivered and after ignored messages and emails my mum went in and it unravelled that they hadn't ordered my dress and were just ignoring me. They had to get an express order and pay more and it only just turned up in time. Terrible communication and service throughout.
