• Had a great experience. Staff really friendly and helpful especially Jamie Leigh who served me. She brought me some dresses that she suggested would suit me as I am a larger lady and I was quite embarresed, but Jamie Leigh put me at ease straight away. I actually bought one that she had suggested and I love it. Its a large communal dressing room but there is also a private dressing room. You just need to ask for it. Fab price aswell. Much cheaper than normal bridal shops. Im so glad I went here. I now have my dress and can look forward to our special day

• Appalling customer service. 1) Interrogation upon arrival after spending over an hour to get to the store after work, two questions were asked- what is the date of your wedding and what is the venue, by unsmiling, uninterested staff. 2) Brief outline of the layout of the store upon our 'welcome'. 3) We were then abandoned and actively ignored. I asked on three occasions- two with the same girl- for them to find a satin dress and a halter neck dress- both on their leaflet they had in store, and was knocked back quite rudely. 4) Staff, were incredibly rude and humiliated us- leaving my little sister in tears on her first ever dress shopping experience. The owner/manager was disgusting and should not be allowed to interact with the public. Some lovely dresses, but an actively hostile atmosphere, and bullying hard-sell approach, made for an upsetting experience.
